The tea and cake pops were amazing, but I ordered a trenta size and received a grande instead.

The syrup was added in the wrong quantity, and I could barely taste the coffee. I had requested 2 pumps but ended up with at least 4, which is the usual amount. Unfortunately, it made the drink undrinkable.

The flat white is fantastic, but this is the second time they've forgotten to include my oatmeal! They packed the toppings, but no oatmeal! Come on, guys, please get organized!

The buttered croissants were flakey and delicious!
