Environment and home cooking, clean and neat without too many frills. She manages what looks like a family of two people out of 70 with her daughter in the kitchen. We ate an appetizer with lard and salami, surrounded by peppers and baked artichokes, paniscia nothing bad and sweet. All served with cordiality at an honest price.
Saturday evening for event “weekend with the Paniscia” we book at Bartali. Small room, very nice, intimate and well furnished, even with cycling peaks that it was. The paniscia is so good and I'm doing the bis. For second braised with polenta and baked potatoes, all really tasty and in adequate portions. Red wine of the house and then tiramisù, passito and coffee. We really enjoyed it in a real family climate. Everyone really does.
