Happen by chance to nova west on the road to Pietralba we go to eat in this refreshment to try the rabbit seen the good review. we find a menu not very large bu... read more Happen by chance to nova west on the road to Pietralba we go to eat in this refreshment to try the rabbit seen the good review. we find a menu not very large but with various local products, river trout not breeding) , row of local beef goulash deer, homemade noodles with fresh fingers. the rabbit in this period not available because there is no size and the right age explains the beautiful mistress. the lady as well as witty and friendly offers us dessert for the birthday of one of us who fell right that day there. deserves a visit if you pass from here and you are hungry

After eating in Adler Restaura... read more We stayed in Deutschnofen for about 4 nights in late January 2019; we were there to watch the Natural Luge (Rodelbahn) World Cup. After eating in Adler Restaurant on the first night we then ate here every night except one. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food delicious. Between the four of us in our party we tried a good range of the dishes on offer and every single one was good; our personal favourite however was the duck. We have travelled around Europe and have eaten at many restaurants in mountain towns and villages and were truly impressed by the quality of the food served at Adler. Although on the surface it appears to be a typical pizzeria and restaurant the chef puts in the effort to make the food just that bit more special. I only wish the restaurant was closer to my home (in England) so I could visit again. All in all, an enjoyable experience with great food and great staff.

Most primi and secondi were really delicious, but antipastis were just ordinary. Service could be more genuine.
