The judgment is only about the restaurant: the experience in general went very well, the environment is very nice, well-kept, pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful, however it was made up of a single person who served all 5 or 6 tables that were there that evening, and honestly it seems a bit too little for a restaurant of this level ... and at this price I would add. The food was very good, excellent in the case of the gnocchi and the cauliflower cream with ham and egg covered with truffles .... here are these two dishes I must say truly exceptional. The others are also good but perhaps in a couple of cases with excessively strong flavors, in my case it went very well because I love hot, spicy and smoky things but I think that for some people with a more delicate palate they may be a bit strong I am referring in particular to risotto and trout). Finally, one last detail that prevented me from putting 5 stars is that a dish did not exactly match the description on the menu which indicated cuttlefish which in reality weren't there. The price, as I said, is important, but commensurate with the level of the dishes and the context.

Great experience all around! Worth a visit when you’re in Slovenia. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the facilities are excellent. The restaurant easily deserves its Michelin star, with local seafood on the menu and local wines on the pairing. The breakfast is nice as well. Siamo passati in questo fantastico hotel per caso, per un addio al celibato di un amico.Tutto spettacolare , dal design alla pulizia impeccabile!Simpatia estrema del personale e colazione spaziale la colazione è fatta personalmente dallo chef).Sono sicuro di tornare cosi da provare il ristorante stellato.Alessandro B.

In un ambiente elegante che ti mette a tuo agio abbiamo degustato il Menù XL con vini abbinati; tutte le portate ci hanno entusiasmati! Piatti con ottima presentazione,dove gli ingredienti erano sempre distinguibili, ben equilibrati e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo finalmente assaggiato una ottima serie di vini rappresentativi della Brda sapientemente abbinati al cibo. Sotto la sapiente guida della chef Uros (JRE), discreto e coinvolgente, abbiamo viaggiato tra l'Adriatico ed i colli della Brda. La migliore valutazione credo sia...che ci ritorneremo. Complimenti!
