Despite others around me being served promptly, I had to ask three times for a menu before finally waiting almost 15 minutes. I started to think about leaving as people who arrived after me were being served before me. It wasn't until I mentioned that I wanted to take my order to go that I was finally attended to.

I felt like I should go somewhere else because people who arrived after me were served before me. Eventually, I was forced to leave without being served. It was a frustrating experience.
