What Starlingo doesn't like about Kfc:
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Staff just stand around looking miserable, no interaction with customers at all, not even a hello .... no customer service skills whatsoever. Just throw your food on a tray and hand it to you. No receipts available either, guess they cant be bothered to refill rhe paper. Our first KFC since our trip to Bulwell in July. I really meant to last longer but I like KFC. It was a delivery. Delivery service was reasonably quick, order was accurate and food was good. This is what I would expect from KFC at Mapperley. Just a shame the brand was so badly let down by our visit to Bulwell. View all feedback.
