We were very DISAPPOINTED in not only the unprofessional service of all staff members but in particular that of the manager namely Jordan who was dismissive of our complaints! We will not be returning and strongly advise local residents and others contemplating using this store not to.

The food was undercooked and some items were missing. The service was absolutely terrible. I would recommend avoiding this place and saving your money. It was a joke of a take-out experience.

Our first KFC since our trip to Bulwell in July. I really meant to last longer but I like KFC. It was a delivery. Delivery service was reasonably quick, order was accurate and food was good. This is what I would expect from KFC at Mapperley. Just a shame the brand was so badly let down by our visit to Bulwell.

I ordered the party bucket and all pieces of chicken looked burnt and crispy. The chicken flesh was dried up as if it had been sitting on hot plates for too long. It seems like there are no quality checks on the food that is being served. After finishing a 10-hour shift, we treated ourselves to KFC, only to be disappointed by the dry and tasteless chicken. It was a waste of £30 and we were too tired to drive back to exchange it. We ended up throwing it in the bin. KFC should have provided us with fresh, properly cooked chicken that our money deserved. We were absolutely disgusted and disappointed, as were surely other customers.

Its gob smacking this branch is still around. The chips are soggy. Items were missing. The chicken was greasy and poor quality. The only good thing about the order was it arrived warm and on time. How can a brand like KFC serve soggy chips? Unforgivable.
