No hot drinks as normal, I do prefer Kfc to McDonald's but not when I can't get a coffee with the food or it comes cold and squashed.

Nearly fell over walking in. Floor was so slippy but not overly wet like they'd greased it. Went to the toilet and could hardly stay upright floor was so slippy... read more Nearly fell over walking in. Floor was so slippy but not overly wet like they'd greased it. Went to the toilet and could hardly stay upright floor was so slippy. All vacant tables hadnt been cleaned since the previous patron had thrown half their meal across it and the seats. Worst part was that i really wanted a meal with a nice fizzy drink, but KFC now have no fizz that's not full of artificial sweetner. These chemicals make me and countless others very ill. The only upside was that the lady who served us was very helpful with checking the ingredients and then allowing me to consume my own drink in the restaurant (weak squash). Alas the lack of a sweet flavoured drink ruined the whole meal. I think the fizzy drink helps to make the food more palatable. Without that it was really bland. Certainly not worth the price.

Every time we visit the drive-thru, it takes at least thirty minutes, even if we are told at the window that they are out of chicken. The staff is friendly but extremely slow. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs!

The chips were terrible and there we... read more I ordered the "not so mighty" bucket and was disappointed. The chicken pieces were small, just a tiny wing and a drumstick. The chips were terrible and there were only a few of them, not worth the £8.49 price. The original KFC experience is definitely a thing of the past.
