Wish they hadnt have bo... read more We ordered a takeaway waited over an hour and a half past the 60 minute delivery window. Chased for delivery arrived half an hour later. Wish they hadnt have bothered. It was wrong, items missing, salad brown, milkshake chemically. We have ordered regularly, and they even recognised we were regulars promised a refund. After chasing around 12 times still waiting for it. Please dont promise something and then ignore me or the refund.

Grillish has become my top choice for chicken because there are not many places like it. Despite a few mix-ups with my order, they are always willing to resolve the issue. The food is usually enjoyable, with only a few occasions where it wasn't quite up to par. They always deliver to my area, unlike many other takeaways. I recently tried their homemade peri peri rice and it was delicious. I love their food, especially the chicken wings. I appreciate that Grillish offers vegetables as an alternative to chips. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. I have always received excellent service from them and will continue ordering from them unless they let me down. Kudos to the Manager, it's a 5-star rating from me.
