I went to this restaurant for dinner with a group of 11 people. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I explained that my daughter has a milk allergy. Chelsea came out with a list of all allergens and offered to have the chef cook and keep her food separate. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning in the future. What Bob Kato doesn't like about Crusader:
Not much food in stock, went with the chicken and it was undercooked and now have food poisoning. The mash potato was so dry and beans was over powered with bbq Sauce. Wish I now looked at reviews before going as this looks like a common thing. View all feedback.
This restaurant offers great value for money, with a promotion of 2 mains for £12.00 from a selected menu available Monday to Thursday. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we plan on returning in the future.
The crusader is a lovely place to take your family. Very friendly staff and amazing service and food. Very welcoming and very clean.
This beautiful pub has a wonderful feel of professionalism. Each and every member of team are hard working professionals with wonderful talent in there job. I’m so proud of them and there service and would highly recommend this place for a wonderful customer service engagement. This place is wonderfully clean and the cooks and food are amazing and fantastic well done all 100% perfect.
Rainy Friday evening and 2 exhausted travellers go there for a meal. There was a hot box full of Chinese food, but no other food available!??? We went back into the rain to find a more helpful pub.
I visited this restaurant for the second time in a month, and I can hardly believe it, but the food was even better this time. The service at the bar was fast with no hassle, and opening a tab was easy. The steak was incredible, it literally melted in my mouth. I can't understand why this place isn't busier. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the prices were just right. I will definitely be going back again. I've lived in this area since 1979 and I can't believe how amazing this pub is once again.
