Assinaro - NOTO

We wanted to choose something special for our last dinner in Sicily. some friendly, small, cozy, but chic and stylish. and with great seafood. to tell the truth, we would not have found any better places like ristorante assinaro. the place is in the middle. a lemon tree forest. the owner of the restaurant greeted us when we were old friends and offered the best Italian dinner from seafood specialties. eating was excellent and also service. I would really recommend if they would like to eat outside the city in a quiet and not crowded place. the prices are like in the city.

Great experience between lemon trees! the service was great, eating excellent! I loved that the cook mixed the lemon and traditional Sicilian cuisine and reinvented everything in a modern fine dish! the mandelparfait is fabulous!

We came here twice during our one week stay and enjoyed both evenings. the food was excellent along with the service and of course the location, we also thought it was reasonably expensive.

Here twice for a stay close. fantastic location in the lemon trees. if they are unhappy, bad weather, there are also inside seats. that was the only restaurant in the opposite where we visited, where the employees some English and the menu speeches...was in English. service excellent. 3 people had 3 courses and a drink per plus water for about 110 euro. parking so easy after the fight to park near noto to eat. if they like us, their Italian is limited, they can book a table by e-mail.

We had dinner here on a Saturday night. It is located outside of the main town. The food was excellent, they have a state of the art kitchen, you can see the chefs preparing the food. We had the menu which was very good value...for the quantity and quality of the food. They had a meat and fish option so all palates are catered for. One of the best meals we had in Noto. My only gripe is that the service started out really attentive, we had a very nice waiter, speaking great english, he seemed to disappear after our main course and we had to find someone to order desert and get the bill. They appeared to have family and friends dining at the restaurant that night as I am guessing it is not open long. I hope they keep an eye on the service as this restaurant has the potential to be great.
