Chipotle Mexican Grill - Norwood

It's a good chipotle to the Norwood. Food tastes a little fresher than Dedhams, but they're both fine. The photo us the result of Pollo Asado, so you get it quickly since its here for a limited time. Come on!

Very clean! Friendly staff and very fast on orders. Food is always fresh and good quality control all around! I definitely go back!

I’m a frequent customer here. Burritos are delicious and are made with great ingredients. Same with the bowls. The online ordering experience is very straightforward, and the app is very smooth and aesthetically pleasing. As a suggestion I would really like a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, but I can understand why there isn't one as expensive as they are. My only complaint is that more than one employee was not wearing their mask properly or had it completely pulled down.

In general, the restaurant serves good food. However, the staff will start ignoring customers 30 minutes before closing time. They close at 10 o’clock and may even turn people away with the excuse "online orders only". There is no signage indicating this policy. I was also informed that I couldn't eat my food if it was in a to-go container. The food was tasty, but the service was lacking.

I visit the Norwood Store every week and consistently have a great meal. The service is excellent.
