Farmyard is a restaurant in Norwich that combines the relaxed atmosphere of a bistro with the high-quality ingredients and vibrant flavors typically found in fine dining establishments. Our open kitchen prepares everything, including daily sourdough bread made with our own mother and handmade butter. We cook our meat, fish, and vegetables over charcoal in our Bertha oven for incredible flavor. We prioritize handpicked ingredients, great cooking, carefully selected wines, and knowledgeable service in a contemporary space. Our menu changes daily using ingredients from Norfolk's most passionate producers. Join us for a 2 or 3 course set-price lunch menu from 12-2:30pm or pre-theater dining from 5:30-6:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Our Executive Chef is Norfolk-native Andrew Jones.

This is a great little campsite just above the lovely Winetts Pass of Castleton.
I really enjoyed my meal here. the service was incredibly fast, reliable and felt very non-intrusive. eating was absolutely stunning. I would go so far that it was the best boiled pig I've ever eaten! the open kitchen was a joy to observe how each cook carefully plated every dish with the greatest precision. I really don't have bad words to say about everything about farmyard. can't wait to go back.
We had only missed the early bird special menu, but the place just got bus drivers and bus drivers on Thursday night. eating was spectacular and we sat opposite the open kitchen. it showed the catze and attention given to detail to each teller of the food. for the last night of our holiday we shared the rib of the bark. it just painted in the mouth.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, made with top-quality ingredients and prepared in a modern yet unpretentious way. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend it for lunch or any meal!
I had a fantastic first visit to Farmyard restaurant. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The food was delicious and everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. The service was prompt and just the right pace. I will definitely be returning.
