Nestled in Norwalk, this lively sushi spot delivers consistently fresh, creative sushi and generous hibachi plates in a warm, family-like atmosphere. Attentive, friendly staff—many long-tenured—curate meals at the sushi bar or via takeout, and lunch specials add value. New ownership has refreshed the ambience while preserving high-quality ingredients and playful house dressings. Minor gripe: tacos drew some criticism for price and flavor, but overall it’s a dependable, welcoming neighborhood favorite.
Our first visit. We were happy to be able to dine in, was at lunchtime., and there are lunch specials. Sushi was very good, and fresh. Waitstaff was charming and knowledgeable. Food arrived in good time. Will return.
I don't think this place could make a bad dish if they tried. Been coming here for years and it just gets better and better. The waitstaff are very efficient and funny and have also been there for years so it seems they treat their staff well too. You will not be disappointed.
I visit this restaurant nearly every Friday and always sit at the sushi bar, letting Jason choose dishes for me based on what he thinks I’ll enjoy. I have a fantastic time every visit and never leave feeling hungry. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the menu is exceptional with high-quality ingredients. I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere they have created; it feels like a family.

As a Los Angeles native, I pride myself on my sushi expertise. While on a work trip, we discovered this restaurant and decided to check it out. I'm so glad we did! Every dish was incredibly delicious, and I learned that the chef is originally from LA. I would definitely give this place a 5-star rating. We will surely return the next time we’re in the area!
