Panda Express - Norwalk

Hello everyone, this Panda Express is just as good as any other location. The good: the chow mein is consistently tasty whenever I visit. The bad: the orange chicken and Peking pork could have been a bit more flavorful. It wasn't too crowded for lunch and there were plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot.

This is a great review for Maria, one of the staff members at Panda. Maria was extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Maria for her friendly and helpful service, she really went above and beyond. However, when Miguel, the manager, was present, he was rude and refused to give me a refund, claiming they didn't offer them. I referred to Panda's Refund Policy to show it, but he ignored me and still wouldn't provide a refund. I contacted Panda's customer service line and when I finally got through, Miguel disappeared and Maria, another employee at Panda, stepped in to help me. She has since been promoted to manager.

Can you please include chili packs as a regular condiment option? I always forget to ask because other places typically only offer soy sauce and other sauces. I often end up disappointed when I get home because chili is an important part of my enjoyment of certain dishes. The overall quality of the food is good, but please don't forget the chili, or at least have the staff ask if we want it. They still include fortune cookies that no one really wants, and they leave out the chili. It's frustrating to have to deduct a star every time I visit because the chili is not available. Eating just doesn't feel right without it. Please make sure to include chili packs with every order.

Eat us great and service is good, but they were from most food when we came there.

Good customer service here. The food is delicious. But rice tastes strange here.
