Misleading advertising! I visited this restaurant today at 3:40 PM and was charged $6 for a brown sugar cold brew, despite the sign clearly stating it was $3! This seems to be a violation of Connecticut Regulation 42-110b-18. When I inquired about the promotional price at the drive-thru, the staff member informed me that the offer had expired!
The drive-thru service is fast, accurate, and friendly—exactly what you want for a morning stop at Dunkin'.
This restaurant features a drive-thru, which is a fantastic convenience. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is delicious, budget-friendly, and served promptly, making it an ideal option for a lunchtime meal. I highly recommend it!
I walked into his location hoping to grab a quick coffee upon walking in there was two employees that seen me walk in and not one even one acknowledged me. After about five minutes of me standing there one of them said I?ll give me a minute and I?ll bewith you. Another few minutes happen to go by and the employee decides to start taking a drive-through order instead of helpingme. So I asked kindly if she could get me a medium regular coffee when she?s done. She replied to me that they have no coffee.I was at a loss for words so I asked for regional managers number and I was brushed off. Honestly I thought I?ve been in somebad Dunkin? Donuts locations but by far I feel this is the worst this is the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced in mylife.
I honestly think the employees are not well trained in customer service, ESPECIALLY for a coffee shop, let alone a dunkin. Every morning Monday thru Friday I come here, and there?s a delay picking up my order that?s placed 15-20 minutes ahead of time. Andtoday was the pinnacle, lost ticket other people picking up my bag of food, me having no clue that it?s even mine because thereceipts are just thrown on the counter in view of the employees only, and the person who I addressed about my missing coffeewas very rude, and out of spite put not ice in my large ice coffee. I was not rude either.
