I honestly think the employees are not well trained in customer service, ESPECIALLY for a coffee shop, let alone a dunkin. Every morning Monday thru Friday I come here, and there’s a delay picking up my order that’s placed 15-20 minutes ahead of time. The staff is quick and efficient! It seems that if they happen to make a mistake with your order, they’ll offer a small compensation, which is reasonable. So, make sure to double-check your order, everyone! They handle a large volume of orders every day and do their best!

Tables weren't clean and it was freezing inside! Guess it keeps the people moving!!
False advertising! I visited today at 3:40 PM and was charged $6 for a brown sugar cold brew, even though it clearly states it's $3! This seems to violate Connecticut Regulation 42-110b-18. When I asked the guy at the drive-thru about the promotional price, he told me it had expired!
