Cheese, the staff may be underpaid, but my server, Charles, was outstanding. The menu has been thoughtfully improved, especially the pizza, which is now much better. The games were all well-maintained, making for a really enjoyable experience.

The pizza took a long time to arrive,... read more Terrible service—the staff member took forever to approach the front and only spoke to an employee instead of helping us. The pizza took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was burnt, hard, and had only 8 slices instead of the advertised 12. All the other trays were black plastic, and ours looked like a cake pan lid or something. Every table was dirty, even though the place was empty. This was probably the worst Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to.

The pizza took a while and when it finally came out it was burnt and hard and only 8 slices instead of the advertised 12. I pu... read more I come here because my daughter loves chuck e cheese. But Thanks Derick for ruining my visit. You have to make sure to buy a white plate if you want salad. I purchased the white plate but wanted to use the regular plates don't know what the big deal is. But thanks to Derick i can finally say that i doubt i will ever come back to this place. We already spend so much money here for something so petty. Besides all that Most of the coin games didn't work and their games need some updating.
