Mr. Scrib's Pizza - Norton Shores

I just ordered a pizza from here it was so bad I ate 1 piece and gave it away. I asked for crispy it was so wet the cardboard folded the employees act as if they’re the ones eating instead of the paying customer and cook it to they’re liking and not yours it was terrible

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with whole pepperoni on it. Didn’t get any pepperoni. Forgot my sauces I paid extra for. Disappointed because we chose this over fast food and didn’t even get what we wanted. Tried to call and it keeps ringing busy, it’s almost midnight?

Worker at the drive thru was rude . slammed window right in your face while asking for ,plates crushed peppers ?

Not sure if the doors are always closed or maybe the time of day we went but it was driven through only. Which if it's always closed that's just compete laziness on the businesses side, a leftover trend from covid. We went based on a locals recommendation. As a pizza conosoire I was very disappointed. We bought the thin crust deluxe. The crust was good but the whole pizza was wet on top I don't know if that's just a style here but we didn't care for it. I wouldn't say the taste was bad but nothing special either.

We ordered online for the first time (before they opened! and avoided the dreaded busy signal when trying to order by phone! We got exactly what we ordered and picked up at the drive thru. We always order multiple pizzas (including Gluten Free best around! , French fries and cauliflower fries. Yum!! Dietary restrictions: Their gluten free crust is very good! We’ve never had a cross contamination issue for my daughter, who has celiac disease and cannot tolerate gluten at all.
