The service has dramatically improved here last year. Every time we would go before it was terrible: our order was wrong or we would wait for what seemed forever! Well, the service is great, and if they rarely make our order wrong, they always give us something to create what is more than what I can say for other fast food places in our area! What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
This place was a joke! We went to eat there, but on loud speaker was told that you had to drill the drive to order, so when we said it was at least 30. Wait 40 minutes until they could even take OUR ORDER. Are you kidding? This place needs management badly! We just left and went somewhere else. View all feedback.
Last night there was great food and a great car hit.
Got a 1/2 price milkshake classic chocolate from the rewards on the app for my husband. Its was a surprise. When I got it from the girl I thought it was light. I looked and it was thin and if it had any whipped cream it was not there, it was melted. The cup had a regular lid, not the kind with the hole in the top. (Maybe they were out) I went back since my husband's work was close and ordered food with the coupon book they had gave me. I told them about the shake. They were nice and gave me another. It was the same way.. it must've been the lid , no room for whipped cream or cherry on top. The people were nice. Especially the server.
The service is great. Eating was hot as delivered. The waiter looked like he had dirty clothes.
The food was good, the temperature of the food was good. Auto-Hop was friendly and service was fast.
