What Brett Leedy doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Pizza Hut in the prior few years has been amazing. The last 3 times we have ordered, the pizza was not cooked fully and for the 2nd time in a row, they have been out of chicken for BBQ Chicken pizza. We also received only 2 ranch dressings when ordering 3.I waited for 7 minutes up front at the desk before someone offered assistance. The wings were top notch..but everything else wasnot. Excellent! Our waitress was attentive and made us feel like we were her top priority. The stuffed crust pizza was hot and delicious, just like the freshly baked bread. It turned out to be a delightful and stress-free dinner with our grandson, Corey!
We brought our teenagers here and had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the pizza was fantastic!
It had been a while since I enjoyed a nice meal, as all the Pizza Huts in my hometown only offer delivery or takeout. It felt wonderful to experience dining in again, and I believe it should be brought back.
The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. This was the best experience and the most amazing food we have received from the pizza hat in Norton VA in VERY long time, maybe years. I complained about the higher prices, but after tasting the dishes and a friendly staff I had never seen it was worth it. I hope the quality remains at the current level. It should be the standard against which all others are compared. I hope my review finds it back in the Norton VA-Shop, so that they have my recognition for their fantastic service in the evening of the 21st. September 2021.
The pizza I got was pretty good but they more food items on their menu and hopefully they’ll open the food bar back up soon
