Arby's - Northwood

My man and I have ordered over Drive-Thru. one of the articles was a fresh market turkey swiss add bacon with extra mayo and red wobbles. there was no truthahn on sandwich. Woman was rude when it was restored sandwich and put a disc turkey on sand 3oz should be on it. go to another!

Every time I go there they are not open, not even the dt. I’m told at the speaker that no one showed up to work except this mgr or I’ll drive by at 6, 7pm and they’re closed for the day already. It’s fine…there’s another arby’s 5 min away that’s open regular hrs and wants my business.

Every time we go. either they are early out of something or closed, or they mess my order. I never go back to this. I feel that I was wasting my money to go to arby’s.

Came over a very friendly manager who expidited my order. Eat was good hot. I ordered the classic French diving sandwich.

I don't know where these arbys have their employees. but they are amazing. I love them all. great customer service..so beautiful that I could cry today. my day goes with my daughter. professional, care, always hot eating. the gentleman manager is wonderful. all day?
