Arby's - Northwood

The driveway is tore up .... And they take forever to make food. Factory workers trying to get food can't eat cause they take way to long for even small orders. And they mess up food.

I ordered cookies. They weren't warmed, they were stale, and a staff member was rude to me about it when i informed them. Luckily someone else checked me out, but it was my first time there and needless to say I will not be returning to this particular store.

The manager on duty today is awesome. My order was not satisfactory and she immediately corrected it.

Slow, and they still got the order wrong. The reason people are willing to do their own orders thru the app is that they remove one opportunity to screw it up. Still, they overachieve and manage to do it anyway. Best fast food fish sandwich, wish they could get it

Cashier was so worried about another worker leaving and I was in a rush for work. Lost my debit card after that transaction.
