So so sad this place closed. They catered all the bread for my wedding. It was always a special treat to go in and have breakfast or lunch there.
Great attitudes! Great food! They are really good about keeping the kitchen separate for Gluten free stuff!!
Brought isulated lot of water for tea to table. Stayed warm forever.

The menu looks great with a variety of pastries, breakfast, waffles, salads, sandwiches, and soup, but I did not try any since I only ordered a cortado, espresso cut with steamed milk at a one to one ratio. Their house blend espresso tastes great leaving a wonderful coffee roast in the mouth, not too roasty but with lots of bold flavor. I plan to return for their homemade menu of tasty looking breakfast and lunch!
Perfect little retreat for a pastry and cafè! Authentic European options highly recommended!! Supporting the state of Michigan by brewing Grand Rapids Roasting Company beans and serving Traverse City based Great Lakes potato chips. I agree with those who mention the exterior being misleading.....the food, service, and atmosphere are spot on though :
