I had a very pleasant experience at this charming village pub. The selection of beers was outstanding and the food was delicious. The Loaded Fries are a must-try and could easily be a meal on their own! Service and location both scored a 5, and the hotel stands out for its peaceful atmosphere and great value.

We have had Sunday dinner at this restaurant multiple times in the last 6 months and I have to say it is one of the best in the area, if not the best! We have never had a bad meal, and this includes feeding three generations! I have attached a picture of my pork belly from last Sunday, and we also ordered the cauliflower cheese side which was delicious. The staff are always attentive and the online booking system is super easy to use. We did not stay overnight, so I cannot comment on the rooms.
Food drinks: Beautiful Sunday lunch, one of the nicest I’ve had. Highly recommend and will be back to try the rest of the menu. Dog friendly too and staff all very friendly and attentive. Service: 5 Location: 5
