Excellent service courteous staff and eating was ready when I arrived to collect. eating was very tasty, chips were dry not greasy as some I had from others. portions were great and the whole food was ready, and we all agreed one of the best we had since the move to blyth.

Eating is as always nice. christmas eve very busy to collect phone order. waited awhile before the order was ready, even if arriving there about time said. it was not collected. they called them if we could call back. they asked if they could leave it with the next delivery, they said.

This is by far my favorite Chinese take in blyth. eating always tastes amazing, large portion sizes and is always ready for the collection. highly recommended. 5*.

Upon opening the food, I found that the curry was solid and cold, not at all like it should be when hot. The rest of the food was lukewarm at best. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the person on the phone simply argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. It is disappointing because I used to order from this place frequently, but I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and lack of effort to rectify the situation. If they had apologized for the oversight or offered to fix the issue on my next order, it would have been a different story. But the dismissive attitude I received tonight was unacceptable.

The girl at the counter offers excellent and friendly service. When combined with the wide variety and high quality of food provided, this Chinese takeout is excellent. It's definitely worth the trip, even though we live 4 miles away.
