When our tea finally arrived, we were shocked to see black specks floating in the milk after pouring water out of our cups. We brought this to the attention of the waitress, who dismissively claimed it was just coffee grounds and asked if we still wanted it. We declined, and a new jug of milk was brought to our table along with a sarcastic remark about how this is not a coffee shop. View all feedback.
This cafe is excellent. I purchased Christmas decorations and items for my tree. The display was absolutely magnificent. The clothing selection is fabulous, and everything else is top-notch. The manager treats their staff with respect and nothing seems to be a bother to them. I prefer shopping here over anywhere else. They have unique and interesting items. I enjoy shopping for clothes here. Thank you to everyone. Additionally, the disabled toilet is the best I've seen.
Excellent staff members so friendly and helpful I visit often … food exceptional and plenty very tasty and freshly made…..good choices., prawn open sandwiches lush….. baked potatoes too. Scones good lemon meringue better. They do deals soup n sandwich., also toasted sandwiches….. plus many more…… always very busy due to its popularity…….. I must say all staff in this store exceptional., I’ve been coming here since a bairn and the new manager so obliging……. I love the linen dept and the girls go above n beyond even help when you get stuck in a dress ha ha…..I buy Sahara clothing best yet. Thank you all….. best store in Morpeth…..
Fabulous food good value clean tidy restaurant girls were so cheerful n helpful nothing a bother. I had an open prawn sandwich., it came with lettuce, tomatoes, good helping of coleslaw….followed by a gigantic piece of beautiful home made lemon meringue yummy……. ThNk you all I’m a regular
We only had drinks but this is a nice department store cafe and the shop is worth a stroll as it has unusual brands in.
Called in at lunchtime and found quite a wide range of snacks. We decided on a Prawn and Avocado Jacket Potato and Salad and my wife had a Panini. Both meals were excellent and served by smiling staff.
