The tables and couched were so dirty. It looked like they hadn't wiped after they were used and when I asked for someone to wipe I had to wait for so long and even when she did wipe it was like I had asked my 3 year old to do so

Ordered food n 30mins later we still waiting for our food... the funny part is 4 to 5 more tables had been filled out that had been empty n those pple had already received their food... i go to the till to ask the lady that served whats going on n she tells me its something going on with the system? I'm thinking if your system is acting up isn't it common courtesy to check on your customers to see if none of them are still waiting for their food... since you are aware of your system acting up.... even after i made them aware... 2 more tables were served before ours... very disappointed

On a visit to joburg. Thought I'll get the same superb service like my neighbor nandos rondebosh main road. Denied my usual side dish of liver and I obliged. On reaching home, my rice hot pot was very oily and no chicken at all. I love nandos but this experience isn't very well. Was served by khanya and her explanation of the offer didn't sound respectful and she sounded irritated and I asked if are had a bad day and thanked everyone who took part in making my takeaway. All I'm all, I think the servers possess a potential to make it better next time. Thanks

The Staff is friendly and the manager Mr Michael will always go all out to ensure that the customer is assisted to their full satisfaction. I always enjoy buying from them .

Most horrible nandos I have ever had. Food or chicken was cold the wedges were hard the salad was if the used the veggies from the day before and some looked rotten but my ever endless the cocktail that we purchased had mint in it that was black and still it was being used as if it was freshly picked
