It costs nothing to be sociable to customers, after all they pay for your service. Oh well I won't be paying anymore for your terrible delivery service. Shame really as the food is good.

I called the shop and spoke to someone other than Eddie, explain... read more I ordered pizzas from this restaurant, brought them home, and noticed they had a strange smell. I called the shop and spoke to someone other than Eddie, explaining the issue with the pizza. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the cheese used, as they had already made over 200 pizzas with it. They offered to make fresh pizzas with the same ingredients, which seemed pointless to me. In the end, I ended up throwing away £11.50 worth of pizza. It's disappointing, as my family has been loyal customers for over 30 years. The arrogant attitude and poor customer service have made me decide not to return to Chellos again.

The doner kebab was... read more I took my wife and kids to play bingo and we decided to grab a bite to eat. We ended up at this kebab place and it was absolutely delicious. The doner kebab was amazing and the chips were fantastic. The delivery man was friendly and even complimented me before handing over the pizza/kebab. The meal overall was top-notch, especially the garlic bread and doner meat. The garlic mayo was outstanding. I would give it a 10 out of 5 rating and would definitely eat here again. Dear Chellos, please give me a 25% discount and I will recommend your restaurant to all my friends here in sunny Sunderland. I traveled all the way from Wearside just for your kebab. Love from D.
