I ordered a coffee milk tea with boba.... read more First time trying Boba at this place tonight and already giving them 5 stars because their customer service was AMAZING! I ordered a coffee milk tea with boba. I honestly did not know that I could choose the level of sweetness so because I did not specify maybe they thought I wanted no sweetness. So I tasted my coffee milk tea and it was not sweet at all, and I went back to the young man at the cashier to ask for sugar or liquid sweetener. I liked the taste of the coffee milk tea and the boba was soft and sweet but not sweet enough to sweeten the drink. Immediately he told me he would remake my drink for free. I thought that was very nice and so accommodating. I have been to other places where they have actually charged me for a 2nd drink even when it was their mistake, so the fact that I got no push back and my second drink was made perfectly for free made this place a favorite in my book. The milk tea and the boba were great and I will for sure come back for other goodies.

Boba was delicious and they have many flavors to try out. It is outdated and no-frills inside so don 't go for the aesthetic, rather for the fresh/tasty drinks.... read more Boba was delicious and they have many flavors to try out. It is outdated and no-frills inside so don 't go for the aesthetic, rather for the fresh/tasty drinks. Food was also good, got the spicy fries and they were definitely worth it.
