When my niece said she wanted barbecue for her wedding I want people to get messy! I was doubtful. When my sister her mom hired Chef George and His Team at Abundance Catering, she said they were The Best Caterers in Leelanau County. I was still doubtful. But that 's because I 'm a doubtful kind of guy. My doubts were erased on the day of the wedding. Abundance was amazing: professional, calm, clean, clear. The food was absolutely incredible. When we asked for applause for the chef, the audience shouted YUM! That seriously happened. The Pineapple Bacon Appetizer is so good I want to have sex with it or in it or both. The food was pure and specific so healthy. The vegetarian option was REALLY good and I am not a big fan of veggie options, being a meat kind of guy. And yeah the barbecue was incredible. If you go on The Knot, you will find lots of grand reviews. I will review there, too. Most say the following: Best wedding food I 've ever had. This sounds like hyperbole it 's not. It 's seriously the best wedding food I 've ever had. These are really good people professionals that take pride in what they do. I would hire them in an instant and plan to for my upcoming 60th birthday celebration. Huge kudos. Hire them immediately.

Chef George catered breakfast, lunch, and cocktail hour for a day-long meeting. Everything was delivered right on time and was nicely packaged. Even more importantly, the ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious.

George and Daniel are the best!! Chef George Twine sold me immediately with his creativity and enthusiasm. We did breakfast for dinner, and George absolutely nailed it. The food was fantastic. He is such a talented chef. The staff at our event was friendly, professional and helpful. Daniel was with me every step of the way during the planning process, answering questions, responding to emails and calls super quickly, coordinating rentals and communicating with other vendors, totally above and beyond. I cannot recommend Abundance Catering enough, I am so glad we hired them.

We used Abundance Catering for our backyard wedding in Northport this past summer and couldn't be happier with the experience. Because we live out of state, George and Daniel did our tasting months in advance without hesitation. We did the event at a house instead of a venue and had LOTS of questions about logistics. George and Daniel were wonderful in answering our questions, providing suggestions and solutions, and helping make sure we were all set for the big day. Not to mention, the food was AWESOME. Our friends and family raved I would highly recommend using Abundance for your next event!
