The customer service is welcoming, all the staff has smiles! For the first time eating here I was impressed, not just by the staff. This was amazing food, very well prepared! Your menu was a big book with hundreds of dishes. My friends and I just had the appetite to order four dishes. In any case, we will go back there to try other things.

Humongous bowls of soup and they are good! I love and know my pho, I make them at home too, and this place is very highly recommended. Their dry dishes are pretty good also (shrimp fried rice, seafood lemon grass, spring rolls). Prices are unbeatable, really get a lot of good food for the buck!

Located in a shopping center on 104th Street in Thornton, Saigon Basil is truly a gem. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you're missing out! I ordered the sesame chicken with steamed rice for lunch, along with a side of broccoli and a bowl of sweet and sour soup. The sauce for the sesame chicken was different from what I anticipated, but even better than I expected. The flavors were outstanding. Although there were some language barriers, the staff were extremely friendly, and everything was served hot and fresh. I highly recommend Saigon Basil.

We ordered the Vietnamese squid salad, which is very tasty, it has all the traditional veggies mixed with raw squid. Their Pho was good also but it could have mixed review due to us seeing a few customers not really liking it. Lastly we ordered sautéed beef with lemongrass. Overall a good experience, my only ask is PLEASE HAVE BETTER TASTING WATER! if you’re in the area and craving some Vietnamese food. Give this place a try.
