The service at this Red Lobster was excellent. Despite being busy, we were seated immediately and everything was perfectly prepared. I had the fish n chips and my wife had the grilled shrimp. Calvin was one of the best waiters I have ever had - he was friendly, prompt, attentive, and even refilled my drink 6 times without hesitation. First of all, I'm not one who complains, at least not often. I've been a customer with red lobster for many years and love the food. With that? The sky sat us, she was not welcome and had bad eye contact when she greeted my daughters and me. On the way out, she didn't ask us how the food was and didn't invite us to come back. The food at this restaurant was tasty, the service was excellent. However, they were a bit slow in fulfilling orders. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.
Our waitress, Pamela, was exceptional. She consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with our meals and promptly refilled our drinks without needing to be asked. The food was delicious.
I went to Red Lobster and was disappointed. I wasn't expecting the best seafood, but considering their name, I thought they would at least have decent lobster.
We had a speedy dinner at this restaurant and were extremely pleased with our server, Connor. His service was flawless and he made us feel at ease. The food was delicious, receiving a perfect score of 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
