They really need to shut down these locations for training. This is the second time I've ordered a "You Pick Two." The first time, I received the wrong soup and only realized it when I got home. When I called to address it, the person I spoke with brushed it off by saying, "That soup is good too." This time, I ordered the same "You Pick Two" with a baguette. I watched my order being prepared, and they included chips in the bag. Then they called out the wrong last name, which wasn't mine, so I left it. There was no label on my bag, and about ten minutes later, a different employee asked me, "Are you waiting on a mac and cheese and a broccoli cheddar soup?" I informed her that it should be chicken noodle soup. She said they didn't have any left and asked, "All we have is broth. No chicken or noodles. Do you still want the soup?"
I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup at the drive-thru, and when I opened it, I found mostly broth with just two noodles—no chicken and no vegetables! For $6.99, this is ridiculous. I'm really disappointed with this place!
Panera scammed a person with Down syndrome. After they (victim's family) tried to make things right, they didn't care. Now, they do care since the internet has found out. Their food is meh, their drinks can literally kill you, and corporate seems to have zero moral values. The real question why? Why come to Panera when literally anywhere is better financially, taste, and morally.
