Despite the long lines and slow workers who don't pay attention, the experience at this restaurant is never quite right. The staff doesn't speak English, so how can they take orders if they don't understand the language? I asked for a large coffee with 7 creams and received 7 sugars instead. If someone with diabetes had ordered this, it could have been a serious issue. The wait time was 15 minutes. View all feedback.
Literally the worst...Consistently the worst.Keep your expectations low. If you order a black coffee and get a light and sweet cold tea don't be surprised.If you order a bagel with cream cheese and get 10 pumpkin spice munchkins instead, just be happy you won't go hungry.Today's mess was raw, cold snakin bacon. It's supposed to be served cold is what I was told. I've never heard of cold bacon but they say you learn something new everyday!!Literally the worst on a regular basis.

I wish I can give a zero star. No matter what time of day the drive thru is slow except to wait 15min or more. They have several people working and seems no one knows what they are doing. Need new management ASAP.
Do any of the managers of this Northford Dunkin check their online reviews. You guessed it, here's another 1 star review only because you need 1 star to post. Every time I stop here my order is wrong. Something is always either missing, incorrect or cold. I always order my bagles not toasted. For some reason even though the receipt states Not Toasted they toast them. You would think if they don't have to toast the bagles the order would get processed quicker. Not this place. I used to go inside and order and find out it was wrong when I got home. Silly me for trusting that if I went inside to the register my order would be right. Now I use the drive thru which just backs up while they fix my order. They don't even have someone at the register inside taking orders anymore. Now there are 2 kiosks inside that take 15 minutes to navigate an order for 3 people. Bring your hand sanitizer in to clean up after touching that screen. It would seem to me that this sub par quality and service has now become the new norm. I literally live 2 minutes from here but I think I will start driving back to North Haven or Rt80 like one of the reviews for this location suggested.
People, I make my monthly food purchases and then on the way to home I pass to get my coffee. I'm done with these people. today I went by to get my 4 coffees and I was informed that I can no longer pay my order with cash, but use my credit card. look back. as usual, unless I make my online shopping or for a crisis I never use my credit card from the simple reason, I don't want to be in debt
