The order I had made was my own mistake because he was so late. I went to pick up and manager Matthew greeted me at the door and was very apologetic, although it was my own fault for the order so late. Keep the great customer service Matthew!
I had to change my order while in drive through because the online menu and the in store menu deals are different. Got everything fast and it was all hot.
I would give this restaurant 4 stars. It's easier to modify your order through the app; if you try to change sauces or add extras, the staff seems a bit confused and often forgets items. However, the food is fantastic, and the Drive-Thru team is excellent!
The food was fresh and delicious, the service was quick and incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was clean. This is one of my favorite Taco Bells, and I've been to many across America!
