What Doug Noreen doesn't like about Basil's Pizza:
2nd worst pizza crust I've ever had. And Basil...how do you not have one single item on the menu...with Basil. They should embrace their name and offer Basil on something. Basil ice-cream is the bomb...wish they had some.
Recommend the Greek salad! The spaghetti with meatballs was decent, but not very common. The service was decent in view of the setting / environment. Overall worth a stop when you are in this neck of the forest!

I've been eating here since I was a kid. After moving away, this is the pizza I crave. I talk about this place all the time and the thing I miss most about my home town. There's nothing like this pizza. The cheese is always perfect, the sauce isn't too sweet. The variety they offer means so many choices : I can't compare this place because it's in a league of it's own. Best. Pizza. Ever!!!
We have traveled the world, and Basil's is in our top two favorite pizza places!!!! Haven't been there for a long time, but happy to see they're still in Northfield!
