There was a long line stretching out the door at this restaurant. There were two young employees working, one preparing food and the other standing idle at the register. There was a long line stretching out the door at this restaurant. There were two young employees working, one preparing food and the other standing idle at the register. The place was dirty and the employees appeared disinterested in their work. Overall, it was a negative experience.
This is the second time it has happened at this particular location, with the same employee. He prioritizes in-store orders over online orders, which resulted in my sandwich not being prepared even though the app indicated it was ready. Despite ordering and paying before others arrived at the store, I had to wait 20 minutes past the expected time for my order. The employee's response to my complaint was disappointing.
The team at this restaurant is excellent. They are very efficient and fast. They deserve a raise!
Friendly and fast service. Great for the only place in town that was open for food on this Sunday we were there.
Best subway around. Staff is super nice and they go through the line quick so you never have to wait too long even if they're busy busy.
