What Jacob Burt dislikes about Subway:
There was a long line stretching out the door at this restaurant. There were two young employees working, one preparing food and the other standing idle at the register. The place was dirty and the employees appeared disinterested in their work. Overall, it was a negative experience. View all feedback.

This poor guy was left to deal with a whole line of people while a girl decided everything else was more important than customers I stood there 30 minutes before it was my turn. Got a fountain drink only to find on way home it was carbonated water. Unreal I can't believe I thought that would be a quick answer to dinner. Never again ?

This is the second time it has happened at this particular location, with the same employee. He prioritizes in-store orders over online orders, which resulted in my sandwich not being prepared even though the app indicated it was ready. Despite ordering and paying before others arrived at the store, I had to wait 20 minutes past the expected time for my order. The employee's response to my complaint was disappointing.
