I usually use the drive-thru, and you can really see that the manager maintains high standards; he’s typically present when I visit. The food and coffee here are consistently excellent for a fast food place. I've had some poor experiences at Dunkin' locations before, but you can truly see the difference in the quality and care here. This is our local Dunkin', and I highly recommend it!

I ordered on the app 10 mins before arriving, once there the lady in the drive thru asked what I ordered after I explicitly told her I had a mobile order and gave her my name. Entire order was messed up. Coffee taste like milk and missed all of the ingredients listed, Egg wraps without the egg, smh. Literally cheese a sausage, smh

Was at the speaker for about 30-45 seconds trying to decide my order, I said hold on, and I was being yelled at through the speaker by a drive-thru employee say... read more Was at the speaker for about 30-45 seconds trying to decide my order, I said hold on, and I was being yelled at through the speaker by a drive-thru employee saying HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? WHAT DO YOU WANT? Obviously, I could hear her. An enraged customer then proceeded to leave her car and walk up to the driver window to yell at me. Girl at the drive thru window with green hair said it wasn 't the businesses ' fault because I need to be considerate of others, and she is not a manager at this location. Actually, I felt the event started because of the impatient employee yelling at me through the speaker in the first place. Terrible customer service. They only care about their Drive-Thru time, which is not enough time at all for a consumer to view the menu. I will not be returning back to this location. I never had an issue at any other Dunkin ' (Absecon, EHT, Galloway, Pleasantville) etc., This location has cold and callous approaches and they could use a lesson in how to handle a customer, instead of yelling at them to hurry up and order.
