Fantastic service! The staff is always cheerful, and I highly recommend it! The food is delicious, and I always leave feeling happy.
I dropped by for the complimentary dinner for veterans, and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and offered excellent service. I'm truly grateful that Applebee's provides this.
I visited this restaurant on Veterans Day to avoid a long drive into the city after just finishing work. It was my first time here, and as an enlisted service member, I was looking forward to the experience.
We ordered shrimp and steak parmesan and we got a steak with battered shrimp and onion rings. The server said she misunderstood and offered to return with grilled shrimp and parmesan sauce but the potatoes and broccoli were cold and the steak was difficult to cut and loaded with fat making it uneatable. This place was the worst place I’ve ever been sent to dash to. I had three groups get seated then all the workers disappeared. I stood for 25 minutes and not one worker asked if I needed help. I then went to the bar to see if I can get help, you guessed it, she never asked if I needed help. Never coming back to this place again. Service: Delivery Food: 1
