Listen… Kevin, the barista here, is a breath of fresh air. He’s amazing, always so kind and so welcoming. I didn’t know what I wanted today. Recently went to the drive thru on the weekend and ordered something I usually order at any Starbucks drive through and was told I had to come inside. When I expressed that I usually order through the drive thru the person taking orders said well that person wasn't doing their job right. This interaction was very unprofessional and lacked common customer service standards I will not be returning to this location
Store is ALWAYS CLOSED BEFORE 10:00PM. Need to change Business hours if not going to be open. DON’T waste your gas and come here after 6:00pm STORE WILL BE CLOSED

Why can’t these employees understand a green tea with NOTHING else in it? Always wanting to add lemonade or water. Read the GD order that I said!
I ordered a venti cappuccino and literally half was foam. Waste of time waste of money. Do better Starbucks and hire competent staff. 930 Sunday morning.
