Freshness... At 8 pm they sell you donuts made at 6 am... So much for freshly made day and night..

I was taken aback to find out that they charge $1 for a cup of iced water, even though I had already purchased donuts and an iced chai latte.

The regular coffee here tastes watered down and doesn't come close to the quality of coffee I'm used to at other Dunkin' locations. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This is my go to Dunkin! Always fast, always pleasant, always get your order correct.

I believe that Dunkin' should ensure they hire staff who can treat customers with civility. This particular lady's gesture was inappropriate and not reflective of American culture, and I hope the company advises her against using such behavior in the future. This incident occurred on October 1st between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. Additionally, this was not my first negative experience at this location. Just a few days earlier, I was charged $5.04 for four espresso shots when I usually pay $4.72. I did not want to complain or argue; I simply mentioned that the charge seemed higher than usual. Instead of clarifying the price difference, the lady at the drive-thru accused me of wanting to pick a fight. I reiterated my point that I was just confused about the overcharge, but she still failed to explain. Eventually, I left without further discussion. For reference, today’s receipt number is 7732, dated 10/7/2022, charged at $5.04. I also have another receipt, number 4204, dated 10/2/2022, at $4.72. I kindly request that the store owner review these transactions and remind the staff that customers should be treated respectfully. If there have been price increases due to inflation, it’s important for employees to communicate that to customers, rather than making them feel like they are in the wrong.
