I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I tried calling because I was having trouble with my online order, but the person who answered was quite rude and unhelpful. When I asked if the online ordering system was working, all she said was, "I don't know, just try it and figure it out." We were looking to place a large order for a business, but after this experience, we won’t be bringing our business here.
I've been visiting this place for many years. While the interior could use a bit of an update, the ice cream here is genuinely more delicious and affordable than the newer shop across the street. My kids always choose this place when we treat them to ice cream. We really hope they stay in downtown Northbrook forever!
Staff is not always so friendly and the scoops seem to be getting smaller and smaller while the price is getting bigger but hey, I know what to expect went going to Baskin-Robbins. I like their flavors and I like this location since it's right across from the park and next to a bunch of restaurants. It's easy to walk across the street from the park, get your ice cream, and go play with your kids.

I have purchased three tags from Ba skin-Robbins. All arrived very quickly and were perfect. I got the kind that attaches to an adjustable collar and they are very stable and will not fall off. My small dog was chewing on his dangling tags, so I needed one he couldn't chew on. My friend had these tags and recommend them and I'm glad she did!
