I tried calling because I was having trouble with my online order, but the person who answered was quite rude and unhelpful. When I asked if the online ordering system was working, all she said was, "I don't know, just try it and figure it out." We were looking to place a large order for a business, but after this experience, we won’t be bringing our business here.

While the interior could use a bit of an update, the ice cream here is genuinely more delicious and affordable than the newer shop across the street. My kids always choose this place when we treat them to ice cream. We really hope they stay in downtown Northbrook forever!
