I love JJ subs however, the customer service at this location is lacking for sure. The guy working the register didn’t seem like he wanted to take my order, maybe because I am a minority. I only think that because his body language changed as he was helping a customer after me. My suggestion is to hire more friendly and welcoming individuals if you want returning customers. Thanks. Exellent sandwiches, and fast friendly service. They deliver to your car. I wish they had hot sandwiches But ONLY COLD.

I ordered ez/light oil on the sub. I could have gone swimming in it.
Never again I'm done with this place!I had a reward for buy one combo get 1 0ne half off. By mistake I ordered the items separately I asked the manager to cancel the order and ring it up with the reward. He said that he couldn't. So much for customer service. I told him that I would not be back he could care less ! I've been going there since they opened. My new go to place is Jersey Mike's it's way better and closer to my house! They also deliver to my house Jimmy John's won't.This is the 2nd time posting this the first one was deleted!
Definitely don't go here. Or probably any location. Paid 16.99 for a large and I could have eaten more. 2 slices of roast beef. Biggest rip off I've received since I can remember.
