If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The bartender was rude, and there were bugs crawling on the remaining food of another patron. The bathroom floor was also filthy. I had intended to order dinner, but ultimately decided against it. View all feedback.
I am not sure what is going on. One thing that sets Bertucci's apart from many other Italian restaurants is that their dishes like chicken parm and chicken piccata are prepared with pan-frying instead of deep frying. While there are many things I enjoy about Bertucci's, I believe that deep-fried chicken belongs in a generic Italian sub shop. Pan-frying is the way to go if you want to enjoy a better quality meal.
I spent $50.00 on a delivery using Postmates or Uber, but I never received my order despite it being confirmed. When I tried to contact the restaurant's corporate office and management, I received no response. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This is got to be the best Italian franchise around. I don’t typically eat at franchises if I can help it but I certainly make a point to stop here!
Ordered $50.00 on a delivery, they used postmate or uber. I never received the order which they confirmed. I was told to take it up with uber. No response when I contacted Corp, management. Never again!
