This place was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the large display of paints, colored pencils, paper and other art material. This place allows you tocreates art of your own design as you sit and enjoy your coffee. By the way the coffee was extremely perfectly made and very flavorful. The amounts of detail, attention, and efforts that the owner had put into this place is truly remarkable. If you've never been here, it's worth checking out, even if just for the extremely well-made coffee.

Have a smoothie and a fresh Egg sandwich made to order with organic ingredient!And when you’re done eating, paint or make something! This place is awesome! The atmosphere is so pleasant here. A total refuge from the daily grind. This is a creative space that serves delicious coffee. Art classes are offered here. Customer service is not only excellent, the staff genuinely and sincerely seems like kind and engaging people. Such a breath of fresh air.

I wandered into Cafe 291 expecting a latte. What I left with twenty minutes later was a lot more! Amazing paintings cover the walls and the extensive menu made choosing difficult. So I chatted with the barista (whom I later discovered was the owner and artist-in-residence. She didn’t rush me and we had a real conversation while she prepared my order. The latte was excellent muffin delicious. Later I checked out the Cafe 291 website and I was inspired by the owners story and determination. You can have a child’s art party here or attend art for adults sessions here. Now they even have open mic night on Thursdays! A large selection of enticing coffee options, and many baked goods as well. I’ve brought 2 family members there and can’t wait to go back!
