We were taken to a table and ignored for the first 10m... read more This visit to Sakura was very disappointing. When we arrived we commented on how cold the restaurant was. We were taken to a table and ignored for the first 10mins. A waitress then asked if we wanted a drink, we order then waited another 15mins for our drink. We then sat for at least 30mins before they asked what we wanted to eat. The starters were eventually bought to our table after another 20min wait, but part of our party had eaten their starter before the other half was delivered. We then sat for ages before the main meal was cooked, we had to ask if we were ever going to served. We won’t be visiting again any time soon
