Pizza Hut - Northampton

This is a great spot to order food from. The delivery was prompt and the staff was highly professional. The food arrived hot and delicious, unlike other places. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

I spoke to a very rude individual after waiting for 1 hour for my delivery, even though the estimated time was 30-45 minutes. They were not apologetic and informed me that it would now take at least an hour and a half. The excuse given was a shortage of drivers and that the pizza had not even been made yet. When I mentioned that Domino's can deliver within 1 hour, the staff member suggested I order from Domino's instead and falsely claimed that I only ordered from Pizza Hut because I prefer their pizza. This encounter with a very rude and arrogant individual has convinced me not to order from Pizza Hut again.

Delivery is quick, service is excellent and the food is great. Me and my partner order from here every couple of weeks! We will miss this pizza hut when we move

I discovered two hairs in the Chicken pizza and eight hairs in The Meaty pizza! None of the pizzas were properly sealed. After finding the hairs, I immediately threw them away and contacted The Hut. I spoke with the manager who insisted on seeing the hairs himself. I offered to give him the bag to inspect. I was so disgusted by the situation that I would not touch the pizzas again for anything. Initially, I thought it was a mistake with the first pizza, but finding the second one full of hair was unacceptable. I cannot believe this is the standard at The Hut. The manager seemed to treat the situation as if it was my fault, so I disposed of the pizzas and informed him that I wanted to prevent others from experiencing the same disgust. It is truly shameful. I have been a customer for six years, but I will never return.

This place makes the best pizza. although the whole pizza hut use the same recipe, but this test is great.
