Exceptional service and great festive eating with family.
Was very busy so had to wait a while for food and when we got our food, it was cold, staff were polite and asked if we wanted it being remade but we were already late for the cinema due to waiting an hour for food in the first place
At the arrival they said they had not received our booking on an open table. pity as it was a special birthday dinner. found us a table without problem and had a nice lunch, but could have been very disappointed if they had no availability
The restaurant served a steak that was superior to Miller and Carter's, at a much lower price. The service was exceptional and welcoming. The ribs were delicious, and my father greatly enjoyed starting his evening here. The £10 lunchtime deal is also fantastic.
A touring rugby party of 30 had a great experience at Firejacks on Saturday night. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and had wonderful service from Danny and his team of colleagues. They took care of everything, which isn’t always the way with a large group.
