Great pub and lovely atmosphere, Amanda and Darren and the staff do great job of keeping customers happy
A more welcoming public house one could not wish to find. Amanda her team are both efficient and courteous. Prices are very competitive and there are a varied array of entertainments from free jukebox to a meat auction! (Yes, a meat auction, oh what fun? Not to mention free pool other distractions from the run of the mill pub) Do not avoid this little gem if you either reside in Northampton or just passing through, you won't be disappointed. Try the Saturday morning breakfast, what a feast!!
This venue has undergone an extensive refurbishment. Its a friendly, pleasant location. It does not appear to do food but has sky sports and a pool table.
The food was fantastic, as was the service. Colleen was our server and she did a great job taking our food and wine order. We visit this restaurant twice a year and always enjoy the fruit wines. We specifically come for the wine and to have a nice lunch.
