Do not order from chip stop northampton times we tried calling and no answer after ordering... hours after the delivery time given we still didn't have our orde... read more Do not order from chip stop northampton times we tried calling and no answer after ordering... hours after the delivery time given we still didn't have our order... the delivery driver finally arrived hrs mins later than delivery time given threw the food at us and said I got stopped by the police for speeding what a load of rubbish to then find out the order had half of it missing everything was over cooked burnt and luke warm... will never order from here again... safe to say we made beans on toast.

We were informed that delivery could take up to an hour, which is standard. At 5:45 pm, we received a message apologizing for the delay, but assuring us that our order was being prepared. We were okay with the delay at first, but as time passed, we grew increasingly frustrated. I tried contacting them at 6:15 pm, but it is now 7:00 pm and we still haven't received our food. Our 3-year-old is very hungry. I will provide an update once our order arrives, but it will have to be exceptional to make up for this prolonged wait.

Our order was de... read more We do not recommend ordering from Chip Stop in Northampton. We attempted to call them 70 times after placing our order, but received no answer. Our order was delivered 2 hours after the specified time, and the delivery driver claimed to have been delayed by the police for speeding. When we finally received our food, we found that half of the order was missing, everything was overcooked and warm. We were extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. It was a waste of time and money.

Overpriced and staff could benefit from attending food hygiene course asap.
